CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATIONS
Basic coated aluminium bronze electrode designed for welding and surfacing aluminium bronzes containing up to 10% Al, and for dissimilar joints between steels and Cu–Al bronzes.
Also recommended for overlaying on cast iron, steels, and copper alloys.
Features excellent weldability, stable arc, low spatter, and easy slag removal.
Used in shipbuilding, sea water installations, desalination plants, chemical industry, and for repairing pump parts such as propellers and bearings exposed to salt water corrosion.
