Order processing
- Standard handling time: [1–2 business days] for in‑stock items.
- Cut‑off time for same‑day dispatch: [12:00 EET].
- Lead times for out‑of‑stock or custom items will be confirmed on the order confirmation.
Delivery terms (Incoterms® 2020)
- Default term: FCA Riga, Latvia unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Other options available on request: EXW, FOB, DAP, DDP.
- Risk and title transfer per agreed Incoterm; title passes after full payment.
Shipping methods & carriers
- Road/parcel (EU/EEA): DPD / DHL / UPS or equivalent.
- Palletised freight: DB Schenker / Kuehne+Nagel or equivalent.
- Dangerous goods (ADR/IMO): shipped only by certified carriers.

Shipping costs
- Shown on quotation/order confirmation based on weight/volume, destination, and Incoterms.
- Free shipping threshold (if applicable): [e.g., orders over €X in Baltics].
- Additional fees may apply for remote areas, tail‑lift, time‑slot, or DG surcharges.
Delivery, loss & damage
- Buyer must inspect goods on delivery and note any visible damage/shortage on the carrier’s CMR/POD.
- Notify us within 7 days of receipt for visible issues; hidden damage/defects within 30 days of discovery.
- Provide photos, CMR/POD copy, packaging images, and batch/lot numbers for claims.
Customs & import
- For DAP/DDP shipments we will coordinate customs as agreed.
- For FCA/EXW, Buyer is responsible for export/import formalities and any duties/taxes and insurancies at destination.
