DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
SELECTARC 316HR is a synthetic electrode with high metal deposition efficiency (160%), producing 316L-type weld metal with approximately 8% delta ferrite content.
The electrode is equipped with a rutile–basic type coating that ensures easy arc ignition and re-ignition, a stable arc, and a clean, spatter-free weld.
Suitable for high-productivity welding applications, particularly for stainless steel structures with similar chemical composition.
Widely used in the food industry, pulp and paper production, and other sectors where high productivity and excellent weld quality are required.
