What is a Grease Paste?

Industrial grease paste is a high-performance lubricant with solid additives (such as molybdenum disulfide, graphite, copper, silver, ceramics, or PTFE) designed for use in extreme conditions – under very high loads, elevated temperatures, and aggressive environments.

It forms a durable protective layer on surfaces, preventing wear, seizing, and corrosion, while also facilitating the assembly and disassembly of screws, threads, and connections.

Grease paste acts as a safety reserve lubricant, protecting components where conventional greases are no longer effective.

 

Industrial Grease Pastes vs. Conventional Greases

1.Special Applications under Extreme Conditions

Grease Pastes: Withstand very high pressure, temperature, and aggressive environments (chemicals, moisture).

Conventional Greases: Burn off or wash away faster, losing effectiveness under high load.

Note: Paste acts as a safety reserve – protecting areas where oil or standard grease can no longer safeguard components.

2.High Solid Phase Concentration

Grease Pastes: Contain solid lubricants (MoS₂, graphite, ceramics, PTFE) that remain on the surface even after the base oil breaks down.

Conventional Greases: Rely mainly on the base oil film, which disappears quickly under extreme conditions.
