IFC-6050 – Intelligent Oil Filtration Cart

The IFC-6050 is an intelligent filtration cart capable of cleaning a wide range of oils at flow rates up to 10 L/min (600 L/hr).

The built-in Hippo filter pots fitted to the IFC-6050 can clean oil down to an impressive 3 microns. Standard inline filters generally only filter down to 10–20 microns, while the most harmful and abrasive contaminants are below 5 microns.

The fitted Hippo filters are capable of removing harmful solid contaminants to below 3 microns or ISO 14/9 cleanliness levels.

Where on-site cleanliness verification is required, practical quick-connect fittings allow instant connection to the Particle Pal fuel cleanliness analyser, providing real-time ISO/NAS/SAE results within minutes.

The IFC-6050 is also fitted with a water monitor, making it ideal for applications where filtration performance verification is required on-site. The system provides real-time particle counting and water saturation measurements while maintaining flow rates up to 10 L/min (600 L/hr).

To keep operating costs low, replacement filter cartridges are high-capacity and cost-effective, reducing consumable expenses.
