Use
Basic electrode with graphite forming a pure nickel weld metal.
Recommended for “cold” welding of grey cast iron and crack repair.
Provides uniform deposit, easy machinability.

Used in automotive workshops, railway, gas, chemical and oil industries, boiler houses and other applications.

Interpass temperature must not exceed 70°C to reduce cracking risk.
Use short weld beads and hammer peen before next layer (especially important for rigid parts).
Weld only clean surfaces without oil residues.
