Basic coated electrode for surfacing aluminium/manganese bronze on steel or cast iron, and for joining steel to copper alloys.
Excellent welding properties – low spatter, stable arc, easy slag removal.
Application: sliding guides, ship equipment repair, chemical industry equipment (pumps, fans).

Clean weld area from grease.
Use short arc with electrode inclined 10–20°.
Weld slowly.
Preheat thick parts (>8 mm) to 150–250°C.
Dry if needed 2h at 250°C.
