AQUALUB 24621 is a water-emulsifiable metalworking fluid concentrate designed for general machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and sawing of cast iron, steel, high-alloy steel, and aluminum. Its advanced formulation combines a top-grade emulsifier system with modern technology and excellent lubricity additives, delivering reliable cooling and lubrication.

Highly versatile and stable, AQUALUB 24621 performs effectively in both soft and hard water, making it suitable for a wide range of metalworking applications including precision machining and heavy-duty operations. This metalworking fluid helps reduce tool wear, improve surface finish, and enhance machining efficiency.

Remarks:

Correct preparation of a fresh emulsion is ensured by slowly pouring the concentrate into water while stirring continuously.
