AQUALUB 24655 is a water-emulsifiable metalworking fluid concentrate specially formulated with a modern blend of additives and corrosion inhibitors for machining aluminum alloys, including 2024, 5083, 6061, 6082, 7075, and 7068. This cutting fluid provides excellent cooling, lubrication, and chip removal in precision metalworking applications.

In addition, AQUALUB 24655 is suitable for general to heavy-duty machining of steel and high-alloy steel, offering reliable performance in turning, milling, drilling, and grinding operations. Its advanced formulation ensures enhanced tool life, superior surface finish, and resistance to corrosion in demanding industrial environments.

Product profile:

• free from boric acid, amine containing coolant concentrate
• polar lubricity improvers and tight control of the in-use pH achieve optimum results when machining aluminium

Remarks:

Correct preparation of a fresh emulsion is ensured by slowly pouring the concentrate into water while stirring continuously.
