Supercut CS 18 is a special high-concentration metalworking fluid for a very wide range of applications in machining cast iron, steels and their alloys.
Thanks to a specially selected high-quality emulsifier system and highly effective additives, the product is extremely versatile and high-performing. The formulation is not harmful to health and does not cause allergic reactions.

Machine tools, lathes, cutting equipment.
Proper emulsion preparation: slowly add concentrate to water while stirring continuously. Alternatively, use an automatic mixing device.
Recommended concentration:
• Normal machining – from 5 %
• Heavy-duty machining of hard materials – from 12 %
Check concentration with a refractometer. Multiply the reading by the refractometer factor.
For aluminium and non-ferrous alloys, compatibility testing is recommended.
Stable for 12 months at temperatures between 5 °C and 40 °C in closed containers.
