Supercut is a low-viscosity, strongly additivated heavy-duty cutting fluid designed for demanding metalworking operations. It has been developed as a universal cutting solution suitable for a wide range of cutting and forming processes and for machining both hard and soft steels.
At elevated temperatures, it forms a stable lubricating film with low shear strength, effectively preventing welding and material adhesion between the workpiece and the tool. This reduces friction, wear, and overheating, extending tool life and improving surface finish quality.
