Lubrication grease for heavy loads

VENOL GREASE LT 4 EP2 is designed for the lubrication of roller bearings operating under high loads, particularly when the ratio of basic dynamic load (daN) to the actual bearing load is less than 7 for radially loaded bearings and less than 15 for axially loaded bearings. It is also suitable for other heavily loaded bearings, such as those used in metal rolling mills, heavy construction machinery, presses, and stone crushers.

VENOL GREASE LT 4 EP2 can also be applied where bearings normally operate under lower loads but are subjected to shock or impact loads during operation.

The operating temperature range is -30°C to +130°C, including applications with water exposure. The permissible temperature limits may vary depending on bearing type, operating conditions, and required lubrication intervals.
