DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
SELECTARC INOX 347 is a rutile–basic coated electrode designed for welding 18% Cr – 8% Ni type austenitic stainless steels.
The electrode is niobium-stabilized, making it particularly suitable for joining Ti or Nb stabilized stainless steels.
It provides smooth, spatter-free welds, easy arc ignition and re-ignition, as well as efficient slag removal.
The deposited metal is resistant to intergranular corrosion and suitable for service at temperatures up to +400 °C.
