Properties and application
Rutile-basic coated electrode with high efficiency (160%), depositing an austenitic 18Cr/8Ni stainless steel layer with high Mn content. Easy to use, highly resistant to cracking.
Application: restoration of parts subjected to impact and wear, buffer layer before hardfacing, welding of dissimilar materials, welding of difficult-to-weld and high manganese (14% Mn) steels.
