DFC-3000: Drum Oil Dispenser and Filter Trolley

The DFC-3000 is a rugged drum trolley and filtration system designed to transport and clean 208-litre drums of oil. It is supplied with two standpipes and hoses for efficient fluid transfer.

New oil is often outside required cleanliness specifications and can therefore be pre-treated before and during transfer into operating systems.

With a powerful flow rate of 45 L/min, the trolley is fitted with two high-quality 14” filter housings capable of rapidly cleaning oil before use or filtering large oil volumes directly on the trolley during dispensing. The filters remove both solid contaminants and water.

The DFC-3000 also offers staged filtration using a wide selection of filter elements.

Cleanliness levels down to ISO 14/12/9 – 13/11/8 can be achieved.

Use the DFC-3000 to remove larger contaminants in stage one and finer particles in stage two. This staged process reduces filter replacement frequency. The dual-filter design also allows the use of water removal elements, enabling simultaneous removal of both solid and water contamination in a single pass.
