Description

Cobalt-based hard-alloy welding wire

Monolithic hard metal welding wire. Very resistant to metal + metal friction, thermal effects and corrosion up to 1000°C. The weld is non-magnetic

Welding materials "stellite class 25", UNS R30605, AMS 5537, Material no. 2.4964, type CoCr20W15Ni and similar. Soft arc, easy to separate slag, good adhesion with the base material, good workable weld.
Application: for the restoration of valve surfaces, valve seats, gas turbines, pump housings, mixers, blades and other parts.
