Special electrode for repair works, designed for removing broken bolts, drills and other broken parts from cast iron, steel or aluminum components.
Easily weldable to broken steel and tool steel parts.
The special coating forms slag that protects the thread and, after cooling, acts as a lubricant, making removal easier.
Application: repair works in all fields.

Place a nut of appropriate size over the hole with the broken bolt.
Weld through the nut, holding the electrode parallel to the axis of the broken part, without interrupting the arc until the threaded hole is filled and a “cap” can be formed.
After cooling, unscrew the welded nut together with the broken part.
