AQUALUB 24633 is a water-emulsifiable metalworking fluid concentrate, specially formulated for grinding and light-duty machining of cast iron. This cutting fluid offers excellent cooling and lubrication properties, ensuring smooth metal removal and extended tool life.

Thanks to its specialized formulation, AQUALUB 24633 is also effective for machining alloy and plain carbon steel as well as aluminum, making it a versatile choice for diverse metalworking applications. Ideal for use in grinding, milling, and turning operations, this metalworking fluid helps reduce heat and friction while enhancing surface finish.

Product properties / advantages:

• low foaming emulsion in recommended make-up water
• produces stable emulsions in make-up water from 10 °dH to 30 °dH; emulsion in use is stable up to 60 °dH

Application:

Grinding and light duty machining.

Remarks:

Correct preparation of a fresh emulsion is ensured by slowly pouring the concentrate into water while stirring continuously.
