Description

AQUALUB 8330 is a chlorine-free, solvent-based neat metalworking oil formulated for undiluted use in stamping operations of alloyed and unalloyed steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and yellow metals. This cutting oil provides excellent lubrication and wear protection in heavy-duty metal forming processes.

Ideal for applications where parts are not cleaned after machining, AQUALUB 8330 ensures superior corrosion resistance and surface finish without leaving harmful residues. Suitable for precision stamping and metal fabrication, this neat oil supports efficient production while maintaining environmental compliance.

 

Product properties / advantages:

  • suitable for parts with material thicknesses up to 5 mm

  • no staining after evaporation

  • good cooling and detergency properties

  • application to parts and tools via immersion, spraying, roll coating or manually
