AQUALUB 2465 is a water-emulsifiable metalworking fluid concentrate specially designed for grinding cast iron, alloy steel, plain carbon steel, and aluminum. Its advanced formulation, featuring a top-grade emulsifier system and modern technology, ensures excellent cooling and lubrication during metalworking.

Product properties / advantages:

• produces stable emulsions in make-up water from 5 °dH to 30 °dH; emulsion in use is stable up to 60 °dH
• low foaming emulsion in recommended make-up water

Application:

Grinding and light duty machining.

Remarks:

Correct preparation of a fresh emulsion is ensured by slowly pouring the concentrate into water while stirring continuously.
