Solano Industries Supercut 4099-Water emulsifiable metalworking fluid.

Supercut 4099 is a water-emulsifiable metalworking fluid concentrate formulated for general machining of cast iron, alloy steel, and high-alloy steel. Its advanced additives and corrosion inhibitors ensure smooth, trouble-free machining and excellent cooling performance.

Additionally, Supercut 4099 is specially designed to handle aluminum and yellow metals, providing effective lubrication and protection during diverse metalworking operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and grinding.

Remarks:

Correct preparation of a fresh emulsion is ensured by slowly pouring the concentrate into water while stirring continuously.
