SOLANO Silicone 350 F - Silicone Oil

Silicone oil specially designed for food, beverage and medicine producers. Solano Silicone 350 F is a premium-grade, high-viscosity polydimethylsiloxane-based silicone oil designed for high-performance lubrication, thermal stability, and process reliability. Engineered for critical applications in food production, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, plastics, packaging, textile and industrial equipment maintenance, it offers outstanding resistance to temperature, oxidation, and chemical attack. Excelent thermal stability, used as heat transfer fluid. Solano Silicone 350 F oil provides surface protection and ensures product non-stick properties during the production process, such as in the stamping and cutting of polyethylene film or plastic packaging.

CHEMICAL STRUCTURE

Solano Silicone 350 F  is a 100% pure linear polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) silicone fluid with a viscosity of 350cSt at 25°C. It features low surface tension, excellent thermal stability, and chemical inertness. This colorless, non-reactive, and non-toxic silicone fluid is widely used in industrial, personal care, and electronic applications.
