High Temp Grease for Food Processing Facility

A temperature resistant roller bearing grease offering good wear and water resistance, and corrosion protection in combination with food compatibility. It contains a high temperature
resistant aluminium complex thickener in combination with a modern, synthetic polyalfaolefine base fluid. May be used for lubrication points in food industry, because it conforms to the
regulations of USDA H1.

Characteristics

• relative good compatible with elastomers and seals
• very good tackiness
• excellent wear protection
• Food grade, conforms to the NSF H1 regulations for use in Food Industry
• PTFE solid lubricant share offering additional friction reducing
• good tackiness
• odor less
• withstands many alcohols and acids
• good resistant against cold and hot water, even sea water

Applications

• for gear boxes in food industry
• for anti-friction and sleeve bearings at high temperatures, in ovens, ventilators, engines
• for bearings in refrigeration equipment

• for slide bars in butcheries or slaughterhouses
