DESCRIPTION AND APPLICATION
SELECTARC 20/10MBC is a rutile–basic coated stainless steel electrode with very low moisture absorption.
It provides smooth weld fusion without spatter, easy arc ignition and re-ignition, as well as efficient slag removal.
Suitable for welding and overlaying Cr–Ni–Mo austenitic stainless steels, offering high corrosion and heat resistance.
The electrode is widely used in the chemical and petroleum refining industries, food production, and shipbuilding – for welding pipes, tanks, and heat exchangers operating in aggressive or high-temperature environments.
