Hard fusion welding electrodes

Hardfacing electrodes are designed for strengthening, rebuilding and protecting component surfaces against wear, friction, impact and abrasive conditions.

They create a high hardness deposited layer that significantly extends the service life of parts even under severe working conditions. Depending on composition, they provide resistance to different types of wear – metal-to-metal friction, mineral abrasion or combined stresses.

This category is suitable for surfacing on carbon steels, low-alloy steels, manganese steels and cast iron components.
