ISO : B Cu 55 Zn Ag Si 820–870
EN 1044 : AG208
Silver-containing brazing alloy. Three-component alloy of copper, zinc and silver for brazing steel and non-ferrous metal parts. Silver and zinc addition reduces melting temperature to approx. 800ºC, the alloy is cadmium-free and therefore suitable for food industry equipment manufacturing and repair.
Well suited for complex joint configurations and difficult-to-fit components.
Economical brazing alloy with wide application possibilities.
Steel and non-ferrous metal parts except aluminium and magnesium alloys.
